Job Description

YMCA Victoria invites applications for a Casual Duty Manager at the Drouin Outdoor Pool, covering the 2026-27 summer season. You will oversee centre operations during shifts, supervise staff, and foster positive relationships with pool users while upholding safety and wellbeing standards for all visitors.

The role requires a Lifeguard Certificate, CPR and First Aid, with a hands-on, in office commitment and a robust focus on community safety and engagement for children and families.
