Flower Master is a growing Australian-owned flower business based in Oakford, supplying quality flowers to customers across Australia. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Pickers/Packers to join our team.

Key responsibilities
Picking flowers according to quality standards
Packing and labelling products carefully
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Working efficiently as part of a team
Picking & Pulling customer orders and making sure everything is up to standard before delivered

About you
Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive work
Have positive attention to detail
Be able to work in a rapid-paced environment




Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous farm, flower, nursery, picking or packing experience is an advantage, but training can be provided to the right person
