Genus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Perth-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role supporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure and resources projects across Western Australia.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide high-level administrative and project support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and smooth project delivery. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end project administration support to the project team
Manage project documentation, correspondence, and reporting
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions
Assist with onboarding of personnel, including mobilisation and compliance
Support procurement processes including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices
Maintain project registers, cost tracking, and data entry
Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
Assist with reporting requirements and project deliverables

About You
Proven experience as a Project Administrator within construction, mining, or engineering projects




Solid knowledge of project administration processes and systems
Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and think creatively
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous experience supporting mobilisation activities, working closely with recruitment and site administration teams
