Mach 1 Panel & Paint Pty Ltd is a busy, well‑established repair shop in Mornington. We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team. Sponsorship (482) is available for suitable candidates already living in Australia or abroad and willing to relocate.

About the Role
Full-time position, Monday–Friday
Overtime
Mix of insurance, fleet and private repairs
Modern, clean workshop with robust workflow
Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities
Structural and non-structural repairs
Dent removal, pulling, welding and panel replacement
Working to insurance and OEM standards
Maintaining a secure and organised work area

What We’re Looking For
Qualified Panel Beater (Cert III or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred




Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Candidates already in Australia who require 482 sponsorship are encouraged to apply
