About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Packing & Dispatch Operator to join our team full-time. We operate from a new, purpose-built 7,000+ sqm office and factory, designed for efficient workflow, safe material handling, and a well-organised working setting.

This role is responsible for preparing customer orders accurately and ensuring products are packed, checked and dispatched on time. It suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and wants stable employment within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
Pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
Check quantities, dimensions and order accuracy
Wrap, strap and secure loads for secure transport
Load and unload trucks and customer orders
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
Assist with general warehouse and factory duties as required

What We’re Looking For
Experience in warehousing, dispatch, production or manufacturing preferred,



but not required — training will be provided
Current forklift licence required
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, steady work ethic
Practical mindset and ability to follow clear processes
Team-focused and willing to learn

$75,000 – $80,000 + super (depending on experience)
