The Brunswick Hotel in NSW is seeking an experienced Chef to join the kitchen team in a fast-paced, friendly workplace led by a dedicated Head Chef. You will work across a busy service, delivering high-quality and contemporary dishes in a supportive team.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen, ability to cover 5 days over a 7-day roster, and robust food hygiene practices. Approximately 38 hours per week with rotating shifts.
