A well-established commercial builder is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Melbourne team. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a supported delivery workplace with a solid pipeline of repeat-client work and well-run sites.
You’ll take full ownership of projects from early procurement through to completion, working closely with a high-performing construction team and trusted subcontractor network. In particular multi-residential/apartments value $30m+ inner north of Melbourne CBD.

The Role
End-to-end project delivery (program, cost, quality, safety, subcontractor performance)
Procurement, contract administration and commercial management
Managing construction teams and driving programme outcomes




Client/stakeholder management and reporting
Identifying and resolving delivery risks before they impact programme/cost

What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a Project Manager for a head contractor / builder
Strong commercial acumen (budgets, variations, procurement, EOTs)
Confident communicator who can manage clients and internal stakeholders
Melbourne market experience highly regarded
