You'll be the go-to person for our Bowral branch and our amazing customers – making sure their gear gets the TLC it deserves.
What you'll be doing:
Crafting explicit, competitive quotes for service jobs
Booking in customer jobs and keeping the schedule humming
Handling warranty claims and product improvements like a pro
Reviewing repair orders and helping get invoices out the door
Tracking performance data to help us keep getting better
and more!
Who Are We Looking For?
A customer service superstar
Someone who knows their way around a spreadsheet and Microsoft Office
