Kent Relocation Group is seeking a friendly, organised and solutions-focused Relocation Coordinator to join our Brisbane team for our busy season.This is a full-time, four-month fixed-term contract, working four days from home and just one day each week from our Wacol office.You don't need to come from the removals industry.
If you have experience in customer service, administration, travel, bookings or client coordination-and enjoy keeping people informed and organised-we would love to hear from you.What you'll be doingMoving can be a stressful experience.
You will help make it easier by coordinating each client's relocation and ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process.Your responsibilities will include:Acting as a friendly and reassuring point of contact for clientsCoordinating relocation requirements and keeping clients updatedLiaising with suppliers to support a smooth and positive experienceResponding to enquiries, changes and issues with a solutions-focused approachAccurately entering and maintaining client information in our technology platformManaging competing priorities during our busy relocation seasonFollowing each relocation through and ensuring important details are not missedWhat will help you succeedWe are looking for someone who is naturally helpful, organised and comfortable working in a busy customer-focused environment.You may bring:Customer service, administration, coordination, travel or booking experienceClear, warm and professional communication skillsConfidence speaking with customers and suppliers over the phoneStrong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skillsThe ability to organise your workload and manage changing prioritiesA calm,



logical approach when resolving questions or problemsConfidence learning new systems and working independently from homeA genuine desire to provide a great customer experiencePrevious relocation or travel-industry experience would be helpful, but it is not essential.If you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
