Delaware North Australia is hiring a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Perth Airport.

As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation and supporting the Head Chef in ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Availability to work across a rotating 7‐day roster, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner services.

What you will do?
Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs and ordering food suppliesMonitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentationHighly skilled at minimising wasteDemonstrate a solid understanding HACCP and Food Safety standardsCollaborate with the Head Chef to establish, execute and evaluate food service standardsMonitor dish quality throughout preparation and presentation stagesAddress food preparation issues with managers, kitchen and waiting staffDemonstrate techniques and provide advice on cooking procedures

Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higherProven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchenStrong understanding of Food Safety and HACCP standardsExcellent time management and organisational skillsStrong team player with the capacity to work independentlyEffective and clear communication skillsCreativity and passion for food with a commitment to exceptional serviceThe ability to mentor culinary team membersThe application period will close on 01/10/2026, unless a successful qualified candidate is identified sooner.
