AnglicareCQ is seeking
a agile and strategic Manager: Children, Youth and Families to
lead our growing portfolio with services across the region, to have
a primary focus on headspace Emerald.
This is
a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference while leading
high-performing teams and delivering impactful community
services.
What
will a typical day look like?
Lead the operations
of headspace Emerald
Provide strategic
oversight of counselling and youth programs across Central
Queensland
Manage service
delivery, funding contracts, budgets and performance
outcomes
Build and Maintain
strong partnerships with government, community and sector
stakeholders
Lead, mentor and
develop disciplinary teams
Drive service
growth, innovation and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance,
accreditation and quality standards are
acheived.

Mandatory
Requirements:
A
bachelor's degree in allied health, behavioural/social
sciences, mental health nursing (or related
discipline)
A
minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a managerial
level

management and organisational skills.

strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and
influence across a diverse range of people.

Requirements:
Ability to obtain a
Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or
exemption)
Ability to obtain a
Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption
notice)
