We are thinkers, solvers and collaborators who work with our clients to deliver the infrastructure and assets that strengthen communities and create a sustainable future.Based in Gladstone, you'll play a key leadership role in growing our civil engineering capability across Central Queensland while delivering projects that shape industries, communities and regions.What you'll doAs a Lead / Associate Director Civil Engineer in our Transport Civil Infrastructure team based in Gladstone, you'll provide technical leadership, develop client relationships and drive the successful delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects across transport and community infrastructure sectors.This is an opportunity to influence the direction of our regional business while remaining connected to Aurecon's national network of technical experts, project leaders and industry specialists.Lead the planning, design and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects from concept through to constructionBuild and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to business growthProvide technical leadership and governance across multidisciplinary project teamsMentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration and innovationDrive quality project outcomes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and engineering best practiceSupport strategic growth initiatives and help strengthen Aurecon's presence across Central QueenslandWhat you'll bringA degree qualification in Civil EngineeringExtensive experience delivering civil infrastructure projects within consulting,



engineering or infrastructure environments and proven experience delivering TMR projectsStrong client relationship management and business development capabilityDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and mentoring engineersProven ability to manage project delivery, commercial outcomes and stakeholder engagementStrong knowledge of relevant Australian standards, design processes and infrastructure delivery frameworksRPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland) is essentialExcellent communication, leadership and influencing skillsHow we support your growthWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
