Job Description:• Ideal candidate should have a positive CCM development background with strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Sound knowledge specifically of SmartComm Suites of Products from a development and support perspective• 8+ years SmartCOMM experience depending on role being fulfilled• SmartComm code deployment process• Hands on experience with template authoring, recognizing common graphical elements, information blocks, layouts, stylesets, variable data requirements and functional similarity • Efficient with preparation of the XML data schemas and their mapping to business data objects• Oracle, DB2• Control-M job schedulesGood To Have:• Insurance industry experience preferred• Document composition background or interest• Knowledge on Service Now, JIRA and Confluence, etc
