Located on a quiet residential street, the home backs on to Bogong Reserve and is close to local shops and buses, a short drive to the train station.About the RoleEstia Health Glen Waverley is seeking experienced and compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our dedicated care team.We currently have opportunities available for Casual positions, with Morning and Afternoon shifts on offer.About the RoleA comfort to our residents – being a excellent nurse is all about how you make people feel.
On a typical day, you'll:Provide clinical care to our residentsCreate comprehensive,



individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residentsEnsure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth StandardsProvide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident careYou'll be someone who is empathetic and who's previously worked in an aged care home.
