You'll step up in the Manager's absence and play an important role in the park's ongoing improvements and future development.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, variety and adventure.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Lead daily park operations and respond to after-hours calloutsSupport guest check-ins, reservations and reception operationsAssist with budgets, revenue and cost controlLead, coach and support the teamStep up and manage the park in the Manager's absenceDeliver an outstanding guest experienceMaintain high standards of presentation, safety and complianceSupport marketing,
guest engagement and local partnershipsContribute to park upgrades and future developmentWork collaboratively with the wider G'day Group networkAbout youYou're a confident, hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys leading people and getting involved.
