About the Role
Step into a varied admin role supporting emergency, inpatient and ward teams.
You'll keep services running smoothly, balance workloads, and work closely with clinical teams to support safe, timely patient care.
• Cover admin roles across ED, wards and business support• Coordinate daily admin workloads and priorities• Manage patient records, data and enquiries• Liaise with nursing, clinical teams and patients• Ensure accurate, timely admin support
About You
You're a confident, adaptable administrator who thrives in busy healthcare settings and enjoys supporting teams to deliver great patient care.
• Clear written and verbal communication across diverse teams• Strong workload planning, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines• Confident work solo or in team, calm under pressure• Health admin experience with Microsoft Office tools• Sound admin knowledge, customer focus, respect confidentiality
