Join Our Mask Product Design & Engineering TeamWe are seeking an experienced Senior Design / Design Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative mask products from concept through production.
You will work cross‐functionally to deliver high‐quality, user‐centred solutions in a regulated medical device environment.Role OverviewLead mechanical design of mask components and sub‐systems from concept to manufacturingApply design thinking to translate user and patient needs into robust design solutionsCollaborate closely with product, manufacturing, materials, quality, suppliers, and technology teamsOwn technical decisions, design verification, and transfer to manufacturingCommunicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly to stakeholdersCore ResponsibilitiesCreate concepts using sketches, prototypes, and rapid iterationDevelop detailed designs using 3D & 2D CAD, GD&T;, tolerance analysis, and DFMEAConduct feasibility studies, prototyping, testing, and design verificationOptimise designs for performance, aesthetics, manufacturability, and complianceWork effectively within medical device design controls, risk management, and quality systemsLeadershipProvide technical leadership at component and sub‐system levelMentor and support engineers through design reviews and technical guidanceTake ownership of outcomes, proactively identify risks,



and drive solutionsChallenge assumptions constructively and contribute to engineering best practicesTechnical & Innovation CapabilityStrong design engineering fundamentals and structured product development approachAdvanced proficiency in CAD and mechanical analysis/simulation toolsHigh attention to detail in DFM/DFA, tolerancing, and material selectionProactively identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and toolsCustomer & Team FocusMaintain strong focus on user, patient, and customer needsCollaborate effectively with global teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partnersCommunicate clearly through technical documentation and regulated design recordsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Mechatronics, Industrial Design, or equivalent3–5 years experience as a Design Engineer or 5–8 years as a Senior Design EngineerExperience in medical devices is valued; candidates with strong transferable experience and the ability to quickly learn regulated design requirements are encouraged to applyDemonstrated experience providing technical leadership#LI-APACJoining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.
