We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our team across Perth and regional Western Australia.

We are looking for nurses who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, strong clinical judgement, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans, clinical standards, and facility policies Conduct resident/client observations and monitor changes in health status Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice Complete wound care, progress notes, clinical documentation, and incident reporting Support residents with person-centred care, dignity, independence, and wellbeing Communicate effectively with residents, families, doctors, allied health professionals, and care teams Respond promptly to clinical concerns, deterioration, incidents, and emergencies Support and guide care staff, including PCAs and support workers where required Maintain infection control, manual handling, and workplace health and safety standards Essential Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, or equivalent recognised nursing qualification Valid visa status and full working rights in Australia Current passport or valid photo identification Current driver's licence Current National Police Check, valid within the last 12 months Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Working with Children Check Current Manual Handling Training Certificate Current First Aid Certificate – HLTAID011 or equivalent,



completed within the last 3 years Current CPR Certificate – HLTAID009 or equivalent, completed within the last 12 months COVID-19 vaccination certificate Current influenza vaccination certificate Infection Control Training certificate NDIS Worker Orientation Module – "Quality, Safety and You" Previous experience in aged care, healthcare, disability, or community care is desirable Strong medication administration and clinical documentation skills Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Availability for casual shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, or regional placements Why Join NHR Staffing Group?
