Experienced Front of House Team Member – Casual Role
A well-established, family-friendly pub in Ballarat is looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Front of House team member to join our team on a casual basis.
Our traditional local venue offers quality pub meals and welcoming service across its bar, dining and outdoor areas.
We're proud to provide a relaxed atmosphere where locals and visitors can enjoy a great meal or drink.
The role
Your duties will include:
Welcoming and serving customersTaking food and drink ordersPouring beers and preparing drinksRunning meals and clearing tablesProcessing paymentsKeeping the bar and dining areas clean and organisedProviding warm and attentive customer service
This is a casual role, and the number of hours is negotiable based on your experience and availability.
About you
To be considered, you must:




Have previous front of house or hospitality experienceHold a current Victorian RSABe confident working in a busy pub environmentHave excellent customer service and communication skillsBe reliable, punctual and a robust team playerBe available to work a flexible casual roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
