About the Role
As a Parts Person, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and service team by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the right parts to keep equipment operating at its best.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers and technicians with parts enquiriesIdentifying and supplying parts for John Deere and related equipmentProcessing parts sales, customer orders, and invoicesReceiving, checking, storing,



and maintaining inventoryPicking and dispatching parts for customers and other branchesMaintaining accurate inventory and transaction recordsSupporting stock control and inventory management activitiesContributing to a protected, organised, and efficient Parts Department
What You'll Bring
Strong customer service and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilitiesConfidence using computers and learning new systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA positive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
