Property Projects Australia (PPA) is looking for an organised, proactive and tech-confident person to join our Brisbane team. With offices across Brisbane, Toowoomba, Melbourne and Geelong, this is an exciting role working closely with our Directors and wider team to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly while helping drive improvements as we continue to grow.
Key responsibilities
Supporting day-to-day operations across our offices
Business reporting, data and Power BI dashboards
Improving and automating processes using Power Automate, Zapier and Microsoft 365
Managing and improving systems including SharePoint, Teams, Planner and WorkflowMax
Developing SOPs and rolling out recent processes across the business
Invoicing, financial and project administration
Employee onboarding and offboarding
Travel, events and team coordination
Marketing,
communications and business development support
Supporting broader operational projects as the business continues to grow nationally
About you
Highly organised and tech-savvy
Comfortable working across systems, data and reporting
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Zapier, WorkflowMax, Xero or SharePoint would be a bonus
