Order Entry Clerk - Weekend work
The primary point of contact for customers of our wholesale business
Working from Work From Home at Homebush West
Wholesale responsibilities
Input daily customer orders (received via standing orders, phone, email and text message) before production deadline
Create a daily production report with any checklists or special requests for dispatch and organise delivery notes
Create credit notes for any product or delivery issues and liaise with customers to ensure a satisfactory outcome
Update management with any feedback from customers (irregularities or new requests)
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment preferably in a similar role
Proficient with computers and software applications
Excellent communication skills
Valuable customer service
Able to think quickly and help customers get a positive result
Working arrangements
Needs to be available every weekend between 11am-3pm
Ability to work from the Work From Home
