Responsibilities include but
not limited to:Analyse system requirements and
develop technical designDesign, code, integrate, test and
install applications programs or REST APIs either in one major language or in a
range of programs across multiple platformsDeveloping operating and system
documentationEnsuring that systems are developed
within agreed budgets and time frames and achieving necessary design and
systems security standards.Develop and maintains application softwareSupport the application software by
analysing and fixing problems as required.Write, update and maintain technical
program, end user documentation and operational proceduresAssist with investigations into
potential solutions, liaise with relevant technical experts and contribute to




solution design and costingProviding technical mentoring and guidance
to less experienced members of applications development teamRequirementsTo be successful for this position,
you must possess the following:Degree in Computer Science or
relevant fieldRelevant work expired is desiredStrong
experience working in agile teams, and Agile tools such as JIRA,
Confluence, DevOps Skills in one or more of the major
programming languages (either 'legacy' or 'hot') such as Java, JavaScript,
R/Python, TypeScript, XML, SQLKnowledge of one of the major
relational database packages such as Oracle, SQL ServerKnowledge of one of the major cloud
platforms as AWS, Microsoft AzureExperience
with cloud services in either of the major cloud providers Azure/GCP/AWS.Ability to work autonomously or in a
team setting, directly dealing with customers and other stakeholdersAnalytical thinker with positive and
helpful attitudeStrong communication skills both oral
