Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet staff and visitors with a friendly, positive attitudeBuild strong relationships with staff and become a familiar and welcoming face around the officePrepare high-quality coffee from start to finishAdjust and monitor the coffee grind daily to ensure the perfect brewClean and maintain café equipment and ensure everything is operating efficientlyMonitor inventory and manage café supply ordersPrepare coffee in bulk for company events and functionsMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanlinessUnpack catered lunches and keep the kitchen and café areas clean and organisedTake ownership of the café and look for ways to continually improve the experience for our peopleSkills,
