About the role

We are seeking a Sales consultant with knowledge & experience in the 4wd industry to join our Dandenong South team.

Your duties as a Sales Consultantwill include but not be limited to:
Handling retail trade sales and customer quotes over the counter




Handling trade sales over the phone and in person
Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
Effectively and accurately fulfilling customer orders and quotations
Meeting OH&S; requirements

About you
Previous experience in automotive sales/parts is a MUST
Experience in a similar customer-facing role
Current Driver’s License and own reliable transport
Accurate numeracy and good communication and customer service skills
Proficient at Microsoft Office
High attention to detail
A robust commitment to OH&S; policies and procedures
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
