Brotherhood of St Laurence is seeking an experienced Community Support Worker to join our Frankston team on a casual basis. You will provide centre-based social support and in-home care services to aged clients, supporting carers and promoting wellness.

Role requires qualification in aged care, experience with older adults, and ability to drive a mini bus. You will work under Care Plans, with prospects to organise inclusive activities and contribute to a compassionate community.
