Experienced Medical Centre Receptionist.
Scheduling appointments in-person and over the phone
Greeting patients, answering phone calls and addressing any inquiries
Processing billing and payments
Faxing, scanning, filing and mailing documentation
Maintaining inventory of clinical supplies and stationery
general maintenance and keeping the premises clean
Maintaining patient and practice information confidentiality at all times
Liaising with doctors, nurses, specialists and allied health
Part- time position
Valuable communication skills and experience with multicultural population

Experience with "Best Practice" and "Genie" software preferred. Experience in working in a specialist medical practice is preferred but not mandatory.

Training will be provided.

Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
