Marketing Coordinator

Location: St Peters, Sydney

Salary: c$85k plus super

This luxury furniture brand is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across product launches, digital channels, showroom activity and events. This role will play a key part in coordinating campaigns, managing timelines and ensuring all marketing activity aligns with brand and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns, including product and collection launches
Manage campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
Support EDM campaigns, website updates and digital marketing activity
Coordinate showroom marketing, events and client activations
Manage external suppliers such as photographers, stylists and agencies
Maintain digital assets for website, social media and email campaigns




Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights

Qualifications
3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign coordination role
Robust organisational and project management skills
Experience managing websites, digital platforms and social media channels
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo or CMS tools is advantageous
Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
