Position: ServiceNow Developer Australian CitizensOnsite: 5 Days/WeekRole OverviewThe ServiceNow Developer will support the design, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications for a Government environment.
The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and easy-to-use ServiceNow solutions aligned with Government standards and processes.Key Responsibilities•Configure and develop ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request•Develop workflows, forms, business rules,



and UI policies•Support integrations using REST APIs where required•Perform unit testing and support system testing activities•Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues•Maintain technical documentation and follow change management processes•Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams•Ensure solutions comply with Government security and governance standardsRequired Skills & Experience•3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer•Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration and scripting•Working knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio•Experience working in ITSM environments•Understanding of ITIL processes•Valuable communication and documentation skillsDesirable Skills•ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or similar)•Experience working on Government or large enterprise projects•Exposure to ServiceNow integrations and reporting
