The RoleWe are looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal customer service within our Gladstone Trade Store!
This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact in-store.
We're seeking someone with solid retail/customer service experience who is comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and working closely within a team to keep the store running efficiently.If you enjoy building relationships, working in a fast-paced retail workplace, and delivering practical solutions to customers; apply with us today!
What You'll Be DoingProvide face-to-face customer service as the primary focus of the roleAssist customers with product selection and provide practical advice on industrial productsMaintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised shopfloorSupport stock replenishment, stocktakes, and merchandising activitiesSafely handle and move stock (including items up to required weight limits)Identify and escalate customer or operational issues when neededWork collaboratively to maintain a safe, efficient, and supportive team environmentWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in retail, trade, or customer-facing roles (ideally with exposure to merchandising and/or replenishment) is desirable but not necessary for success in this roleProactive and reliable personality with an emphasis on wanting to making your workplace betterPhysically capable of handling stock safely (according to QLD workplace guidelines)What's In It For You:Permanent salary,
