Some weekend and public holiday availability will be required.On a daily basis you will:Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, and checking guests in and outAnswer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally—with a smile your guests can hearWork closely with other teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and every stay runs smoothlyShare local tips (best coffee, coastal walks, hidden gems!) to help guests experience the best of Port MacquarieWhat you'll bring:A genuine love of customer service and the ability to create memorable,
