With a strong local presence and the backing of a national organisation, TWS provides the agility of a specialist business with the stability and resources of a market leader.The Role: As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of current and existing customers across the Toowoomba region.
You'll work closely with customers across construction, manufacturing and industrial sites, providing technical advice, promoting welding and industrial solutions, and delivering exceptional service.This is a hands-on, field-based role where success comes from strong relationships, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities — all while operating safely and in line with Coregas' quality and compliance standards.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing TWS customers within the assigned territoryConduct regular on‐site customer visits across construction, manufacturing and industrial environmentsAchieve agreed sales, revenue and margin targetsIdentify and develop new business opportunities through proactive territory and call planningProvide technical advice and demonstrate welding and related products and solutionsMaintain pricing discipline to optimise profitability and customer valueBuild strong, long‐term customer relationships through responsive service and follow‐upCollaborate with branch,



service and distribution teams to ensure high service standardsMonitor customer activity, market trends and competitor movementsResolve customer enquiries and complaints efficiently and professionallyPrepare and submit weekly call reports and required sales documentationContribute to sales meetings, branch initiatives and continuous improvement activitiesOperate in line with Coregas' Zero Harm safety culture and HSE requirementsComply with Coregas quality, compliance and reporting standardsParticipate in required training, development and safety meetingsAbout You: You're a commercially minded sales professional with a technical aptitude and a strong customer focus.
You enjoy being out in the field, building relationships, and delivering solutions that genuinely add value.
You will bring:Proven sales experience, ideally within industrial, welding or technical environmentsMechanical or technical aptitude with the ability to explain solutions clearlyStrong communication and relationship‐building skillsA proactive, results-driven mindset with strong time managementConfidence working within safety and quality management systemsBasic PC skills and the ability to complete reporting accuratelyA commitment to teamwork, accountability and continuous improvementExperience working in a safety-oriented environment is essential, and exposure to industrial or welding products will be highly regarded.Why Join us?
