We want to hear from you, even if your experience doesn't line up perfectly.What you'll be doingManaging end-to-end delivery of construction-based technology projectsCoordinating subcontractors and project teams on-siteReading and interpreting technical drawings and construction plansMonitoring performance, budgets, and resources across multiple projectsOverseeing site performance, timelines, and deliverablesWorking closely with clients and stakeholdersWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORYou might be a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Site Supervisor with project exposure, coming from construction, technology contracting, or building systems (BMCS, security, lifts).
Essential5–10 years' experience delivering projects on time and on budget, start to finishProven ability to manage clients, site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholdersAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plansStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Nice to Have (not all required)Exposure to ICN, networking, security, BMS, or building technologiesExperience with structured cabling, CCTV,
