Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Consultant with a background in Mechanical engineering to join our Perth based Operational Management Solutions (OMS) team.
Based in a key client office and reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work primarily on packages and campaigns and work to:standardise maintenance plans across equipment typesoptimise maintenance plans by package / systemreview isolation boundaries, live vs shutdownidentify maintenance items and frequencyPlease note that we are only able to accept applications from Australian citizens or those who currently hold Permanent Residency (PR) and do not require company sponsorship to work lawfully in Australia.
Qualifications
To successfully secure this role you will have the following background, skills and qualifications:Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent 5 - 10 years experience in maintenance and reliability engineeringExperienced in reliability engineering with appropriate qualifications and recent relevant experience in FMEA, RCM, ECA, PMOAsset Management qualifications or experience would be beneficialOperational maintenance experience working for / with an Oil & Gas operator is essentialStrong safety focus and culture, appreciation for Control of Work protocols,



understanding of isolation requirements and field execution of maintenanceProfessional qualities that would support your application include:Diligent and dependable with a skilled demeanorEffective interpersonal and communication skills and prior experience in working collaboratively with client organisations on secondmentStrong written communication skills for technical report writing
