Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Homecare team on a casual basis, supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical care to clients living independently in the community.In this role, you will play a key role in providing clinical support to Homecare Support at Home package clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of clinical work and stakeholder engagement.
Your day would look like this:Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients in their homesConduct assessments and make recommendations for supports, review care plans to meet changing client needsProvide clinical guidance and respond to changes in client health statusCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomesBuild strong relationships with clients, carers, GPs, and community stakeholdersEnsure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards,



WHS, and organisational policiesAbout YouYou are a dedicated and proactive Registered Nurse who is passionate about supporting older people to live independently and bring the following skills:Strong clinical knowledge and sound judgementExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsThe ability to work autonomously and within a teamA genuine commitment to quality care and continuous improvementKey RequirementsBachelor of Nursing with current, unrestricted AHPRA registrationMinimum 5 years' post-graduate experience (aged care, community, or hospital setting)Experience in wound care, catheter care, assessments, and care planningSolid understanding of aged care standards, WHS, and risk managementCurrent First Aid Certificate and National Police CheckValid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleWhy Join HCA?
