We are seeking a passionate and commercially driven Concession Manager to lead our Coach concession within David Jones Bondi Junction.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving commercial success.About the RoleAs the Concession Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Coach concession, leading a high-performing team and delivering operational excellence.
You will act as a brand ambassador, creating memorable client experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets.Reporting to the Area Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of the concession, including team leadership, client engagement, visual merchandising, and commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead,
