The Power Platform Engineer supports these priorities by delivering automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Automation and AI, the role collaborates with business stakeholders, technology teams, and governance functions to implement enterprise-wide solutions.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy workflow automations using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio)Design and develop AI-enabled solutions,
including custom components using Python where neededCreate AI agents that can autonomously perform tasks and interact with users via chat, notifications, and actionsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation/AI opportunitiesSupport end-to-end delivery including prototyping, testing, deployment, and optimisationMaintain and continuously improve AI solutions, platforms, and post-deployment operationsQualificationsRequirementsHands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power PlatformStrong experience with enterprise platforms, process automation, and integrations across business systemsSolid understanding of emerging technologies including generative AI, machine learning, and automationAbility to teach technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across diverse teamsDesirableExperience in financial services or other highly regulated industriesExperience building AI agents, automations, or integrations using Python and API-based architecturesExposure to enterprise data, analytics, or platforms such as Databricks, Dynamics 365, or similar
