You'll have the opportunity to work closely with Partners, play a key role in delivering outcomes, and continue developing your expertise across a diverse range of accounting, tax and advisory matters.Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely mannerTake lead in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFsPrepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trustsPrepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliationsBe coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clientsLiaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clientsHelp provide an exceptional service to our clientsParticipate in training seminars, team meetings and social eventsOffer support and training to junior team members About YouMinium of 2-3+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting practiceWorking towards, or planning to commence, the CA ProgramBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related disciplineAbility to manage workload and meet deadlinesPrevious experience working remotely highly advantageousSolid technical accounting knowledge, or a genuine eagerness to build itExperience with APS accounting software (highly regarded)Good written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProactive, motivated and genuinely keen to learn, grow and develop professionally
