With ground-breaking initiatives, this company sets themselves apart by providing person centred values and principles.About the roleThe Mental Health Community Support Worker will undertake activities as directed by the Manager of Mental Health Services in a manner which is supportive of the objectives of the agreed support plan.
The position is part time for up to 6 months initially and will involve providing direct care and support services to a participant residing in their own home with multiple complex needs, in accordance with an agreed support plan.
