The role
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to deliver an incredible in-store experience for our athletes at our Homebush DFO Factory House.
What your day to day will look like:
Support the Store Manager in leading day to day store operations and driving performanceCoach and develop the team to deliver strong sales results and a consistent customer experienceLead by example on the shop floor, setting the standard for service and brand representationPartner with VM to ensure the store is visually aligned to Under Armour standardsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency across rostering,



operations and in store processesBuild strong product knowledge across the team to support confident sellingProvide leadership support and help maintain smooth store operations in the Store Manager's absence
Desired Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of driving sales resultsStrong customer focus with the ability to deliver a consistent, high quality in store experienceConfident communicator who can engage, coach and influence a teamHighly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demandsComfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environmentTeam oriented and aligned to Under Armour's "Fight On Together" mindsetFlexible availability to support the needs of the business, including weekends, late nights and peak trading periods
