To be successful, you'll need;Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rightsAble to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police checkCertificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial CookeryStrong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) requiredFIFO Chef experience highly desirableFood Safety Supervisor CertificateAbility to work well under pressureAdditional InformationWorking on the mines can be very rewarding but it isn't for everyone.
