cook and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menu.Practicing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation procedures.Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation.Assisting with menu changes when required.What We're Looking For:Previous experience within a quick-paced commercial kitchen.Availability to work any hospitality hours.Ability to work well under a high pressure environment.Brilliant communication skills to all team members.Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.About Us:Windsor Hotel is located in the heart of Dalby, a charming regional town known for its rich agricultural heritage and strong community spirit.
