The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at DoN.
The main focus of this role will be conducting comprehensive health assessments, wound care, immunisations, and assisting GPs with procedures such as IUD's, Iron Infusions, and skin procedures.
You will work closely with our experienced GPs and nursing team to provide high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients, providing health education, and working in a welcoming, community-minded general practice.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting Health Assessments and accurately documenting patient information
Providing patient education and coaching to help patients achieve their health goals.
Administering immunisations
Wound Care
Assisting with procedures
Assisting with iron infusions
Working collaboratively with GPs and Registered Nurses to support individualised patient care
Supporting the triage and prioritisation of urgent or emergency presentations
Contributing to a positive,



respectful and team-oriented practice culture
About you
Current AHPRA registration as an enrolled/registered nurse
Minimum 2 years experience as a nurse
Working autonomously and independently as well as part of a team
Interest in preventative health care and GP nursing
Robust clinical, organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Warm, approachable patient-focused attitude
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to accurate documentation, confidentiality and high-quality clinical care.
Italian language skills, which are highly desirable but not essential.
