Cardón sits inside Pelican Waters Golf Club, looking out over a championship 18-hole Greg Norman-designed golf course, and we're after a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to take the reins across restaurant, bar and functions.
This is a role with real autonomy.
You'll set the standard on the floor, build and grow an exceptional team, and make Cardón the venue people must hold their event at.

The roleYou'll oversee daily operations across the Restaurant and Bar, and run private functions and corporate events in our function space from first enquiry through to delivery.
You'll hold service standards, develop your team, manage budgets and labour, and continue to lift the guest experience.
It's a seven-day venue, so you'll work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
What you'll doLead daily service across the Restaurant and Bar, holding standards through both à la carte and eventsRun functions and corporate events end to end, from booking and pricing to deliveryRecruit, onboard, mentor and develop a front-of-house team that runs wellManage rosters, labour budgets and staffing to hit operational and financial targetsMonitor performance, inventory and ordering to protect margin and cut wasteCoordinate event budgets, pricing,
