Job DescriptionWe're looking for a dynamic and decisive Shift Leader to join our team at GYG Gregory Hills, Australia.
In this role, you will oversee daily shift operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure that our organization maintains the highest standards of service and efficiency.
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for motivating your team, managing resources effectively, and making critical decisions that impact our operational success.
