You'll shape how decisions are made, how software is built, and how we maintain quality at scale.This is a high-impact role where your work directly affects clinicians and patients every day.Key responsibilities:Guide technical decision-making to ensure the right calls are made at the right timeImprove how the team designs, builds, tests, and delivers softwareLead the use of agentic AI tools in development workflowsPartner with Product and Design to align on priorities and solutionsMaintain system health across performance, reliability, security, and technical debtIdentify risks early and make them visible before they escalateAbout YouYou're an experienced engineer who naturally lifts the people around you.




You've played a key technical role in a team before and improved outcomes through your influence.You're comfortable leading without needing to have all the answers, and you focus on enabling better decisions across the team.You're also curious and hands-on with emerging tools, particularly AI, and enjoy experimenting with new ways of building software.You'll bring:Strong experience as a Senior Engineer or Tech LeadTechnical capability across: (Ruby on Rails, Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS)Ability to contribute across the stack, with depth in at least one areaExperience improving engineering practices and team performanceA proactive approach to AI-enabled developmentStrong collaboration skills across Engineering, Product, and DeliveryA builder mindset — you enjoy creating, experimenting, and learning(Bonus) Experience in healthcare or regulated environmentsJoin Today!
