Combining customer service, education and hands-on clinical support, you'll work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to help customers achieve the best therapy outcomes.Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, customer service or healthcare, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.What You'll Be DoingWelcome and assist customers in-store and over the phoneConduct basic sleep assessments under clinical guidanceFit and recommend CPAP masks and equipmentEducate customers and families on sleep health and therapy optionsProvide ongoing support and follow-up to help customers stay on trackManage payments, stock levels and day-to-day clinic operationsMaintain a professional,
