Shape the future of integrated Facilities Management.We are seeking a commercially astute and strategic General Manager – FM Projects to lead the delivery and growth of a national, integrated Projects portfolio across our Facilities Management (FM) operations in Australia.This executive role is accountable for end-to-end Project Management Solutions, including oversight of a Projects portfolio, development of new non-IFMS opportunities, and establishment of a best-in-class Projects & FM Centre of Excellence.Job DescriptionReporting to the FM Director, you will lead a geographically dispersed team to deliver consistent, high-quality project outcomes across a range of client accounts.
You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and client satisfaction while positioning the business for sustainable growth.Leadership & StrategyChampion and embed a Zero Harm culture across all projects and teamsLead the development and execution of integrated Projects & FM operating modelsContribute to and deliver against national, regional, and global business performance objectivesEstablish and lead a centralized Projects & FM Centre of ExcellenceProject & Operational DeliveryOversee a national Projects portfolio ensuring quality, cost control, and ROI outcomesProvide integrated project management and technical expertise across IFMS contractsStandardize and optimize project delivery frameworks, processes, and toolsEnsure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and FM licensing requirements across AustraliaPeople LeadershipLead a team of 4 direct reports and ~80 indirect reportsCoach, mentor,
