and the chance to make an immediate impact come standard.What You'll Be Doing:Collaborate directly with Partners to deliver exceptional client outcomesLead and review financial statements and tax returns across a broad range of structures (companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, individuals)Provide tax planning and advisory support to clientsPrepare and review BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYGLiaise with ATO and other statutory bodiesSupport team development through training and mentoringContribute to team workshops, training sessions, and social eventsDeliver high‐quality client service with professionalism and initiative What You Bring3+ years in a Chartered Accounting practiceCA qualified or currently completingDegree in Accounting or equivalentStrong knowledge of MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.Excellent communication skills and attention to detailA proactive, self‐starter mindsetGenuine commitment to helping clients thriveOur MissionAt Kelly+Partners, we operate with one explicit mission: "to help our people, private business owners, and the communities we work in Be Better Off".
