Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and providing outstanding customer service? We are seeking a proactive Memberships Officer to join a well-established industry association in Canberra for an initial 3-month temporary assignment, with an immediate start available.

In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for members, conducting regular check-in calls, assisting with membership renewals, and supporting membership growth through conversion conversations with prospective members.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing members to maintain engagement and provide support
Manage membership renewal conversations and administration
Assist with membership conversion and retention activities
Maintain accurate records and update member information
Deliver a positive and professional member experience

About You:
Previous experience in customer service, memberships, sales support, call centre, or stakeholder engagement
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills




Confident making outbound calls and speaking with a broad range of people
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Available to commence ASAP
